About Dr. Azita Sayan

 I began studying psychology because I needed to understand my own mind. Since childhood, I have been very sensitive and sought to address the pain and harm inflicted on me, often without my awareness. As a child, I endured abuse, and as a teenager, I experienced the trauma of rape. I also struggled with bulimia.

It wasn’t until I met Dr. Neil Lampert that I truly began to see what I had been hiding from myself and my family. Dr. Lampert helped me uncover the secrets that had caused me so much harm. This transformative experience taught me that to understand the state of being a patient, I needed to become one myself. I realized that I had to heal myself to be able to heal others.

My journey has been one of profound self-discovery and healing, and it is my mission to help others find their path to recovery and empowerment.

Since 2008, Dr. Sayan has dedicated herself to designing and leading the Women Only Workshop (WOW) and the Honor, Integrity & Mastery (HIM) workshop — her masterpieces. Starting with her first workshop in 2008, she unknowingly sparked a movement that led to numerous WOW workshops worldwide. These workshops have empowered thousands of women globally, helping them find their voices, embrace their power, and embody the queen within.

Dr. Sayan’s work didn’t stop there; it inspired her to create workshops for men, guiding them to discover their inner hero, release their burdens, and embrace their manhood with comfort and pride.

In addition, Dr. Sayan has designed and led numerous educational seminars for children and teens aged 9–16, as well as Coaching Training and Leadership and Communication workshops around the world.

As an author, Dr. Sayan has written two bestselling books titled “Unfinished Business” and “Girl Talk – What Works with Men in Dating, Relationships, and Marriage.”

Her expertise extends beyond the world of writing, as she is also a well-known international radio and television personality.

She has hosted the popular show “Donyaye Eshgh” (The World of Love) and appeared on various programs broadcast on GEM TV, Tapesh, Voice of America, and other networks.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Sayan finds joy and balance in her personal passions.

She is an avid tennis player who loves the discipline and focus the sport brings. Her appreciation for cars reflects her admiration for precision, design, and performance. A true fashion enthusiast, she enjoys expressing creativity through style.

Dr. Sayan also nurtures her mind and soul through reading and watching thought-provoking films that inspire reflection and growth.

Dr. Sayan shares a beautiful and enduring partnership with her husband, Gregory Morgan.

Their marriage, which has flourished for over 26 years, is built on mutual respect, deep friendship, and a shared passion for personal growth and conscious relationships.

Together, they have inspired countless couples around the world to create love rooted in awareness, honesty, and emotional connection.
